Accuracy matters
Updates show dates and status. Technical or historical claims should link to a responsible source or be clearly labeled as resident observation or task force advocacy.
Correct public content
Use the contact form and include the page, the statement you believe is incorrect, and any supporting public source. Material corrections will receive a dated correction note.
Access, correct, withdraw, or delete a private submission
Use the contact form and include your exact SPC reference and the type of request. Do not send identity documents or repeat the original private details. We verify control using the reference and original contact channel stored with the submission. A verified withdrawal stops further Task Force use while deletion is completed under the retention policy, unless a documented preservation duty applies.
